Domestic Shipping (Colombia)

  • We offer complimentary express shipping within Colombia on all orders.

  • For pieces in stock, delivery is estimated within up to 20 business days.

  • Personalized or made-to-order pieces require 20–22 business days for production and delivery.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to over 45 countries worldwide using trusted global carriers.

  • All custom or personalized orders have an estimated delivery time of up to 14 weeks, depending on destination and production complexity.

  • Shipping fees and applicable duties or taxes may vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to follow your jewelry’s journey to you.

Packaging

Each order arrives in our signature Marquisse gift box, designed for both elegance and protection—perfect for gifting or safekeeping.

Important Notes

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Marquisse is not responsible for delays caused by customs or external couriers, though we will do everything possible to support you in such cases.

Refund & Return Policy

At Marquisse, each piece is handcrafted with care, using only the finest materials and natural gemstones. Due to the exclusive and personalized nature of our jewelry, we maintain a strict return policy to uphold the integrity and quality of every creation.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchase. All sales are considered final. We encourage our clients to make their selection with intention and to reach out to our experts for personalized assistance prior to purchase.

Exchanges

We offer product exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging, with all accompanying documentation.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

  • Custom, engraved, resized, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs associated with product exchanges—including return shipping and shipping of the replacement item—are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a trusted and trackable shipping service, as Marquisse is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Include clear photos and a description of the issue so we can provide a swift resolution.
